The Pastry Parlor is the home of unique, handcrafted cakes and pastries. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and paying close attention to every detail in each creation we offer. Our specialties include cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, pastries, and an array of other delightful treats. We hope that every guest leaves with only a few crumbs behind and a memorable, joyful experience to take with them.

The Pastry Parlor is owned and operated by Alonya Ophelia, who has worked in the culinary industry for over five years, with the majority of her experience dedicated to cake and pastry work. Although pastry was not her initial passion, it became a creative outlet during the 2020 pandemic and soon blossomed into the thriving business you see and taste today.

Alonya is a proud graduate of H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts in 2023. 

She continues to advance her culinary expertise through mentorship from experienced chefs, mastering new techniques, being innovative, and excelling in maintaining high standards.

We are grateful for the remarkable progress we have achieved and look forward to sharing even more sweet moments as we continue to grow.
