Custom orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance to allow proper time for design, preparation, and scheduling. Orders requested outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion and will incur a rush fee.
RUSH / LATE FEE: Rush accommodations range from $25–$50, depending on the complexity of the design and the requested turnaround time.
QUOTES: All quotes are sent to the email address provided on your inquiry form. Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder. If you have not received a response from us, kindly reach out using the contact number listed on our website so we can assist you.
Quotes that are not responded to or confirmed within 48 hours will automatically be released.
DEPOSITS: Once your quote or invoice has been provided, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your order and secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid three days prior to pickup or delivery. Orders may be delayed or canceled if the final balance is not received by the due date.
All custom cakes are priced according to size, flavor selections, fillings, decorative elements, and overall design complexity.
