The pastry parlor is the home of unique desserts and pastries. We take pride in offering excellent customer service and paying close attention to every last detail in all the pastries that this business offers. Our areas of specialization are; cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cheesecakes, and a variety of other delicious treats. We anticipate our guests to only leave behind the crumbs but, of course, walk away with a memory and wonderful experience after enjoying our treats.
Alonya Ophelia owns and operates The Pastry Parlor. She has worked in the food industry for over five years, most of which she spent doing pastry work. Pastry was never her passion, but during the pandemic in 2018, it started as a side hobby and evolved into what you are seeing and tasting right now. She began her career at Fisher Cove Beach Hotel in Virgin Gorda as a junior cook and progressed to Necker Island as a commis pastry chef where she was able to display her talent at large events and to celebrity guests. There were a lot of successes at this time, some of which encouraged her to keep growing the business she started in 2020. We are appreciative of the remarkable growth the business has experienced over the years and hope to continue growing even more in the future.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm all orders, with the balance payable 5 days prior to pick up or delivery.
ALL cancelations of orders must be made within a 48-72 hours notice.
